Colour analysis at home

Most people can wear almost every colour, but choosing the most flattering shade makes a big difference. The right undertone and depth is key for a radiant, fresh and more youthful appearance, especially for clothing or accessories worn close to your face. The perfect shade can also bring out depth and sparkle in your eyes. At Inspired Styling, I use the 12-season colour analysis method. Based on your skin tone, hair colour and eye colour combined, you will be analysed as either a Winter, Spring, Summer or Autumn. There are 3 sub-categories within each season too. So, for example, you might be either a Cool Winter, a Deep Winter or a Bright Winter. Each of the 12 seasons has a unique colour palette to help you shine.

How colour analysis works

With an in-person Colour Analysis you can enjoy getting your colours done in the comfort of your own home. Our 1-hour session involves me colour draping you to see which shades suit you best and identifying your colour season. We'll discuss your palette and style recommendations together, looking in your wardrobe to check for colours and patterns that work for your season. To make this an enjoyable 'me-time' experience I'll bring along some nibbles and bubbly (or a soft drink if you prefer).

After the session I'll share a personalised digital style guide for you to keep. This 'Look Book' contains your seasonal palette of 40 'wow' colours to suit you, as well as advice on colour combos, shades to avoid, patterns and make up shades. You can save your digital colour swatches to your phone so they're on hand for shopping trips or even just to guide getting dressed at home.
